About the Price
・Displayed price: Base rate for up to 2 guests
・Additional guests: ¥3,000 per person from the 3rd guest
・Cleaning fee: ¥3,000 per stay (regardless of the number of nights)
・First-time booking (via Airbnb): An additional Airbnb service fee of about 16% will apply
There are no other additional fees.
If the listed price is 10,000 yen per night, the total cost would be:
Example: 5 people staying for 2 nights

Base price: 10,000 yen × 2 nights = 20,000 yen (includes up to 2 people)

Additional guests: 3 people × 3,000 yen × 2 nights = 18,000 yen

Cleaning fee: 3,000 yen (per stay)
Total: 41,000 yen
Price per person per night:
41,000 ÷ (5 people × 2 nights) = 4,100 yen
The more guests you have, the cheaper it becomes per person.
Availability and pricing are updated manually and may not reflect the latest status.

Provisional bookings can be canceled free of charge.
If the booking is not confirmed within 24 hours, it will be automatically canceled.
The accommodation fee will be stated in the email sent in response to your reservation request.
After the booking is confirmed, a cancellation fee may apply.

上記以外の追加料金はありません。
例：5名で2泊する場合（表示料金1泊10,000円）
