Cancellation Policy／キャンセルポリシー
Guests may cancel their reservation according to the following policy.
ご予約のキャンセルは以下のポリシーに従います。
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
チェックイン日の7日前までのキャンセルは全額返金されます。
50% refund for cancellations made 3–7 days before check-in.
チェックイン日の3〜7日前のキャンセルは50％返金となります。
No refund for cancellations within 3 days of check-in.
チェックイン日の3日前以降のキャンセルは返金されません。
Cleaning fees will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled.
予約がキャンセルされた場合、清掃料金は返金されます。
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
返金はお支払い時と同じ方法で行われます。
If guests fail to arrive without notice (no-show), the reservation will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be issued.
事前連絡なくご宿泊されなかった場合（ノーショー）はキャンセル扱いとなり、返金は行われません。
